I have a 2 badges installed on my blog that are pulling from my smugmug site. When I view the blog on a mac through Safari they don't load. But when I view my blog on the same computer using fire fox it shows up. Could you take a llok and tell me if the badges show up when you look and also why do I get an error message when I go to my blog though Safari? It worked right after I installed it, but now.nothing. Thanks.
See what I am talking about here. http://jnrphotography.blogspot.com/p/websiteportfolio.html

I have on badge installed below my nav. bar and another one in my website/portfolio box.

Both badges load here in Safari. I'd suggest you reinstall Adobe Flash. It probably got torked for Safari for some reason.

Hmmm well that is good news that it loaded for you. I downloaded and installed the lasted Adobe flash and I still get this message on bot badges Error:could not load image. Some times one or two images load , but then it just goes blank and I get that message. Any more thoughts that could help?

I don't really have a suggestion, but do want to let you know that I have the same problem with my badge on 3 different (all updated) computers, same issue on Chrome, Firefox, and IE... finally just removed the badge since it wouldn't work consistently. Please post if you ever come across an answer!

Hi :) The gallery I used is here: http://www.mywanderlusting.com/Art/Showcase/15249031_6j9SL#979661902_mQXRc

I deleted the badge, but I just enabled it on my homepage, here:
    http://www.mywanderlusting.com/

I'll leave it up for you to see.

Would love any help! Funny thing is, it works really well when I'm logged in. When logged in, I have never seen the error. But when logged out, it pretty consistently stops working.

    Thanks in advance!

It's frustrating! I just checked your page and it loaded half the images and then it went blank and I got "error could not load image"

Andy - the gallery I use to create my badge is hidden. But I must say it is a bummer to have such a cool looking feature never work! :(

Having the same issue - any resolution?
This is very frustrating - so close to having this awesome little feature work, and nothing. Error:could not load image strikes again! Please take a look and suggest any ideas to solve it... I notice that wanderlust has solved the problem on his homepage - could you share how you did it?!

Anyway, the link where it doesn't work is: http://elloydowen.com/2012/06/polo-for-the-brave/

Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Hi Ed and welcome to Dgrin! wave.gif
I checked your blog in different browsers on my Windows 7, and it works fine in Chrome and Firefox. Only in Internet Explorer 9, the badge seems to have been squashed to a 1 pixel height but this more looks like a possible CSS issue as I can still see the photos showing up.

What specific browser version and operating system are you using?
Can you also try a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome if you haven't done so?

You may need to install the latest version of Flash. Go here to see if there's a new one available.
