HTML errors in Badges

I created badges with the SmugMug tool. The badges show HTML errors. Should I solve them manually or can I do this while creating the script?

I really seek to eliminate the HTML/JavaScript errors in the Flash badges. Could someone please point me into the right direction or have updates been made to the badge tool?
