Feed pagination not working?!

Guys,
How you all manage to get the feed's pagination?
I try to get page 2 listing for this http://dougs.smugmug.com/hack/feed.mg?Type=gallery&Data=994029_7RhGW&format=rss200&ImageCount=5&PageCount=2 but it failed.
Instead it returned weird result.:scratch
Is number of photos under http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/Feeds+Examples still working?
I am confused, any developer who done the pagination before? please advise me.
