    Sweet shot! I would love to get back to Yellowstone with my camera instead of a camcorder. Was it possible to frame the tree to one side or the other?

    yes, it was! however, with the amount of steam and color coming off the basin, i felt compelled to center it with the hope that the tree would catch the eye and the steam would complement it without drawing the eye anywhere.
