yes! and I am glad it is because I really like it.
I like the far away look on his face, lost in thought. I like that he is using his amp as a seat cushioned by a pillow.
So many little details to absorb--the fact that it's cold and the snow is dirty, yet he's out in it trying to earn a little money. I find the fingerless gloves touching because it must be so cold for him and the icing for me is the people who look like they walked right past him, which is usually the case.
I am glad you got down low on the shot so we can see his expression.
One last thing--while I love the processing, I really do, it's not for everyone.
I really like the image for many of the reasons Liz stated. As for the processing, when I first saw it, I thought "is that processed differently and what was done"? The more I look, the more I like how there's a 'starkness' - an aura or pall cast over the entire image, which bodes well with the cold. I really like the effect for this whatever it might be.

Count me in as a fan of both the composition and the processing. It all works together to tell the story!

This was taken in Toronto - my home town. In January, during an "Arctic Front". Was really quite cold.
