Snow Geese

I still trying to get used to the 7D so there have been tons of geese in the area so while they are still here I am trying to take advantage of it.

Canon EOS 7D w/ Canon 500 4/L,
1/3200 @4.5 ISO 640

    Looks good to me to. Like the composition and the subject. A blue phase Snow goose is a treat in CA. Seen one today but could not get a decent shot of him.

    I'd agree with previous comments and also say that the oof background adds some interest (imo) without being distracting - as the colours don't clash with the main subject matter.
    If it was my pic, I'd consider levelling the horizon (+ adding canvas) and bringing out a tad more detail from the areas in shadow - just to see how it looked.
