C&c appreciated.
Can't reshoot them but can try and work on them PP, or just try and move back to the drawing board.

So, I've been around in circles with ideas for this challenge. I'm down to a few choices. Does one say Glass" more than the others?
1 Marble martini
2 Two olive martini
3 spilling over with red hot love for you
Thanks,
Chris

Liz, I think #1 says glass better, just needs some of your magical PP!

lol--I too funny, but that's how it is no? We run around doing what we have to do and hope we can squeeze in a proper challenge photo and then you get in a hurry, next thing you know you're posting your images in someone elese's therad . It happens.
As for your comment--I will see what I can do in pp,the shot was taken in a backyard at nighttime and the light is killing me, but I'm on it:)
thank you.

YES-- I completely agree.
So now I'm torn between the better image or the one that fits the challenge more. hmmm.
On a side note while I think #1 is cool, there is something so warm about the second one, it's my favorite. Let's see what I can do.
Thank you.

lol-I have to comment on this anyway.
I like image #2 better with the olives, but I just wish there was gin and vermouth in there instead of marbles, just a properly shaken martini with the sweat beads on the glass and the delicious olives. I keep scratching my head about the marbles.

I agree about your images. No 1 does say glass but 2 is the better shot. I think I'd go with the better shot.
Chris - as long as we're here - I agree with Liz. I didn't comment because I didn't want to be the one to say it....I don't get the marble martini. They are (1 and 2) fantastic shots...maybe just change the titles?

Chris, I like #2 the best, but I also agree with the marbles....just shooting a martini in a nice glass would be great!

Liz - I do like the idea of the bottles in the snow - great cooler, right?! But the warm tones in the second are really nice - & the DOF is great too. I really love the crispness of the lady's face and the lamp/light reflection in the french door behind her. And the name is great too.
Chris - I really like the cripsness of the star in the first shot. I understand the marbles are glass & that adds to the theme, but agree that the martini or drink glass fits the theme even without the marbles. I also really like the clarity & crispness of #3 - and the bright color.

I had no idea that I posted this in Liz's thread. So sorry. I reposted it because I couldn't find my thread.
Thanks to those who commented. As for the marbles...i get a little carried away with my quirky food photography.
Liz thanks for alerting me ot my unintentional hijack of your thread.
Mea culpa

No sweat really.
I had a feeling you were probably looking for your thread.
I already decided which image I was going to enter, and I figured you would want to know about these opinions.
