When I click on your video link, all I see is an ad for Comedy Central.

Is this deliberate, or a mistake?

If you wait a really long time, the cat shot does come up.
It is the purpose of life that each of us strives to become actually what he is potentially. We should be obsessed with stretching towards that goal through the world we inhabit.

There is a pretty long countdown after the ad to get to the video.
Relative to some of the other how-to's this one seems to have missed the mark some, IMO.

I did wait, George, 20 seconds. Then I closed the link. The add in runs at least 23 seconds according to their own countdown timer.

I really hate being directed to a site for their ad clicks. I really hate it. I suspect I am not alone.

I hate these ads too, but the site operation is running in the negative, those ads are barely paying for the server expenses. Unfortunately we have no control of what type of ad is playing, but it's less then 30 seconds, usually there is a link to close the ad after 10 seconds... but this comedy central one stays for whole 30sec .... for some reason. The ads change every other day.... We hope to get a photography related sponsor soon so we wouldn't need to run video ads... The original idea was to have a completely free resource, but we didn't realize that operation expenses would raise that high with the volume of traffic.
we tried to run the site with no ads at all for 8 month, but now my wife had another baby and took off work for a year.... so extra expense was kinda pressing on the pocket...
In any case, thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Cute little video! I'm not sure I can apply anything to photographing my two pets (two dogs, 90 & 110 lb.) Obviously, not much flying going on with them!

(And my intro add was about 15 seconds ...)

I turn off every video that begins with an advertisement. Immediately.

Ok I waited for the Ad to complete (which I hate doing) and I started to watch the video, but I just felt it was to drawn out. ne_nau.gifdunno
