Just curious what was the lens you were using?
More wonderful photos.

Yes... all shot with my D700 and it's actually the Tokina 11-16mm. However, because it's a DX lens, I have to leave it at 16mm or I will get strong vignetting around the outside of the frame.
Funny thing is that I was really worried during our trip that I was getting good shots. They looked good when I chimped on the LCD but for whatever reason, I was concerned that we'd get home and all my shots would suck.
I do love the combo though. Sometimes, it's a bit soft around the edges but nothing that can't be overcome in post or would kill the shots. And I am in love with my D700. It does so well in low light. I took some shots at ISO 3400 and up and they look almost flawless SOOC. Really great body.
Again... thank you for your comments... they mean a lot.
