Nothing in shopping cart at checkout

Sometimes I have folks that take the time to order pictures and when they click checkout.........there is nothing in their shopping cart. Nothing! :dunno

Any ideas on why and how to fix this issue?

    Maybe they are just adding the the cart and not setting the quantity.
    Also they have to have cookies enabled. If they exit the browser and come
    back they might have their browser set to remove cookies on exit.

    Hello, and thanks for posting. It's because your Custom Domain isn't configured properly. A long time ago we announced changes to our CNAME function, and it's all explained here: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=141333 please read that post, and make the easy changes. If you need help, no problem, we have domain experts on staff that can do it for you - just write our Support Heroes.

    This will fix the problem :)
