Adjust the curves (Ctrl-M) to brighten the image.
Heal blemishes on the face
+25 saturation
-reds to make skin tones more accurate
-15 brightness to retain detail
+15 contrast to make the image pop
"Scrub" the eyes (dodge at low opacity) to bring out the catchlights.
Nice color, but is it within Gamut for printing?
I'd be willing to bet almost all of the background, and some of the shirt is going to get the next best match from the printer, those sats are great on screen but I doubt printable at those intensities.
