SOLD: Nikon D200 for Canon 40D (or up)

So my father-in-law gave his spare D200 to my wife since he's not using it much after upgrading himself, but of course I'm a canon man, so we can't be seen using nikon! :rofl We've got a D200 body with a strap, battery, and charger, and we'd like to trade straight across for a 40D body, or trade this plus cash, services, or whatever for something higher like a 50D, 7D, 5DII, or 1D IV...

The camera has been safely stored for a while, but I don't know a lot about its history. It shows very minor wear marks around the edges of the base, but nothing obvious elsewhere. It turns on, menus work, but I don't have a lens to offer a picture taken by it. It has a plastic cover for the LCD, which is in pristine shape, and a body cap. The battery also has its cap.

Also, I forgot to mention I also have the Nikon D200 manual, and a D200 Field Guide by David Bosch to throw into the trade. Opanda IExif tells me that there have been 10,581 shutter releases with this camera.
