Peregrin Falcon?

I'm pretty sure this is a Peregrin Falcon.. I did'nt take these by the way.. courtesy of the Web Cam at Miraflores Locks, Panama.. he is sooo cool...can anyone say for sure he's a peregrin?

    yes.. so true.. I plan on visiting soon and photographing him live.. he's there every day at the same time...:D

    Hey Lynn,

    Looks like a peregrine to me. I'm so dumb that when I first looked at the pics I said "what is she talking about all I see are boats". :D
