    Thanks for the comments.

    The photo is not intended to put anyone down. The photo caption is deliberately non-judgemental in that it invites the viewer to form their own opinion.

    This is not a photo of a helpless victim (e.g. homeless, down and out) quite the contrary. It's a picture of someone who is very aware of their image and no doubt displaying a healthy touch of self irony.

    It may be closer to the line than other photos but to my mind is clearly on the right side of that line.
