Lally Cap

Has anyone used a Lally Cap for setting custom white balance...? any reviews on it would be greatly helpful.
I am yet to decide between that or getting a 5x7 white balance card - the Digital Image Flow Digital Grey Kard.

Thanks so much. I am just a starter and that review was very helpful and put everything in perspective.
I am going with the coffee filter for now...:)

A coffee filter .. Sometimes it's just so simple.

I too was looking at a Lally cap or something similar. Gonna do the coffee filter. Easy to carry and have plenty of them in the house.
