Love these on their own and also because they are a follow up to your comment the other day. Great teaching.

Genius. C'mon, tell the truth - you paid these people to do this.

Like the first one a lot. I think it would have worked better without the lady in the BG. You should have asked the old man to go back and walk through your frame again. mwink.gif

Very nice Richard. You have neatly demonstrated how to use a window display, sign, etc.

Cheers, Damon. There's no interaction in these, but at least there's a visual connection.

I get your point but I thought she added balance to the composition. But I agree that it would have also worked without her. ne_nau.gif

Thanks, BD. Little by little I'm learning what works and what doesn't.

Looking at a second time, I actually think it works better with her in it. headscratch.gif

I enjoy these very much. Great idea. To bad the woman wasn't a wee bit ahead of the man (more separation). That old decisive moment thing can be elusive!

.....and I would love to get my hand on those manniquinsmwink.gif (I currently have a thread going in "Other Shots")

I think the woman in #1 really makes it - the coming and going feeling really works for me. As always your eye is on the money Richard. Which teaching thread is being referred to?

Yes, just another six inches or so would have been better, but you don't always get to choose, especially when more than one person is in motion. Must be really nice to shoot with models...mwink.gif

Yeah, you'd do great with them, I'm sure. :D Brief explanation: Swifteye has done some wonderful stuff that is posted in the Other Cool Shots forum. BD must absolutely, under no circumstances look at it, or he'll explode rolleyes1.gif. The rest of you can check it out here.

Thanks, Patti. It's really just a brief comment I made on a window display shot posted here about 10 days ago. You can see it here.
