Every major city in the UK seems to either have, or have plans for one of these at the moment. This is Manchester's observation wheel. I've photographed it many times, trying to get a good, UWA shot but I've never been satisfied. Then, late one afternoon, I was passing and had my Olympus Pen and Panasonic 20mm f1.4 lens. I came up with this.....
