I am looking for a Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 non IS lens

Standard baseline applies: In exceptional condition, functional, no major dings, fair wear/tear, no lens scratches, no fungus....

    I actually have one meeting your requirement. Comes with box and everything else when I bought it. I rarely use it since I have a F 2.8 IS version. I cannot find any wear/tear on it. Let me know if you are interested.
