Event Favorites as a List?

Is there a way to show a client's favorite selections as a text list? I use the favorites feature for the client to select images for their album and it is kind of time consuming to have to go image by image as I'm marking the correct images in Lightroom. I have tried to use the Thumbnail view, but my filenames get abbreviated so I can't see what the end file numbers are.

Alternatively, is there a way for me to make the font of the favorites gallery's thumbnail view smaller? Font size is fine in all other parts of the site, so I don't want to make a blanket change.

(Please let me know if a link is actually needed, because I only allow the thumbnail views when logged into my own Admin account.)

You can just use the SmugMug Lightroom plugin to sync a client's favorite gallery with your Lightroom catalog and have it therefore automatically populated with the photos you have in your catalog. That's done with using the 'sync photos' feature.

Syncing photos for your whole site may take a long time, which is why you can do it for individual galleries only. Check out the Lightroom plugin FAQ for details.
Note that this doesn't download any photos from SmugMug to Lightroom, but relies on the photos you have in your Lightroom catalog.


That said, I'm not aware of a tool to export a gallery listing. What you could try is use the caption/keyword tool which in a way lists all the photos in a gallery along with their filename.
