The AG-AF101 has the smallest of the dSLR imagers at its heart. The Canon 5D MKII will still win at narrow DOF and low light.
The AG-AF101 would be much better suited in good light and for long-format video. The 5D MKII would still win my vote for "Indie" style video. Together they would be killer.
