Ice on a twig

Single stack/exposure

Canon 100mm macro with 12, 20, 36 Kenko tubes manual focus.

Not sure if I really like this image but I do think the texture is interesting and think the way the ice diffuses the light onto the twig is nice.

C&C would be appreciated!!

Good capture, agree interesting cellular structure in the ice.
Do find the large copyright signature very distracting though- not sure but it looks as if you have cut off the end of the twig. Might have been better at slightly lower magnification showing the end clearly ?

thank you for the feedback brian!

I made some changes to the above image... cloned out the side of the twig (since I cant go back to shoot it again) and reduced my watermark size.

im really only now trying to get a handle on macro photography so i always try to push magnification. i'll take a look at some of your tutorials related to focus stacking so next time I might have a better result.

    thanks again for your help!
