I just got the Nikon NC filters for all my nikon lenses. last week i was reading some articles and now have the doubt that they are not multi-coated. The Nikon's web site is not specific, although B&H says they are.
Does anyone know if they really are?
Thank you.

I was going to say I thought my not-multi-coated UV filter was clear looking and I thought my multi-coated UV filter had a greenish reflection when tilted to see the light reflect off of it, but turned out it was just something on the surface of it, wiped it clean with a cloth and it went away so there was no reason to say what I had said.

Visually, is there any way to tell a multi-coated UV filter from a non-multi-coated one, other than the words on the sides of it?

Well, it seems they are coated. I found a description on the Nikon website, where, even if they discourage you to use any tipe of filter in front of you excellence lens, they of course suggest the use of a Nikon filters.

Here is the description I found:

Neutral Color NC Filters: Available in attachment sizes 39mm, 46mm, 52mm, 62mm, 72mm and 77mm, these neutral-color filters serve as lens protectors. They do not affect color balance. In addition, multilayer coating prevents light reflection inside the glass, thus improving color rendition.
