MSU E-Session

Friend of mine asked if I'd take some engagement photos for she and her fiance at the location on Mississippi State University campus where they met.

Timing worked out so I said sure. I looked at lots of e-session photo sets on this site and a few others as well, and got some great ideas of long shadows, and sunsets, etc. The day comes, and the sky is very gray and misting rain. Well sneak out in a break and these were the results.

The gray sky was actually better than the harsh sun that had been out the day I scouted the area, but didn't get those long shadow shots I wanted. But see what you think. Their dog Rosie was a great model, heck even the fiance loosened up by the end.

You are right. I bumped something in my settings near the end and didn't chimp well enough to catch it in time. But we all had a good time with the shoot.

Thanks for looking at the photos.

I like #5 quite a lot. I agree that they are a little dark. I think that it can be fixed in processing.
