Printing suggestion?

I mentioned this deep in another post, but I thought I would ask if this would ever be on the printing menu:
Cheap, mass-reprints of headshots.
It's fairly formulaic and actors go through hundreds of them (if they're pounding the pavement and interested in working). Responsible actors will get a new headshot every couple of years (or drastic hairstyle change).
Usually they're 8x10, cheap white paper stock, with their name in a pleasing font in one corner or another, and the selected picture in some reduced size 5x7 or 8x10 aspect ratio (sometimes with a thin border around it).
Trendy people are doing full-bleed headshots with their name reversed on the print itself. I think that looks kinda dumb, but hey... some people can't get over shooting "landscape" headshots.
Actors are cheap and these are like business cards, so these have to cost about $0.75/each. But I'd rather SmugMug and I make some money rather than Reproductions - since I have no idea what Reproductions looks like when they're done.
Thanks,
TTFN
