The Gulls At Nubble Light

Winter snow blankets Nubble Light at Cape Neddick, and the ever-present seagulls are eying the human visitors for a free lunch. I decided to take advantage of the "audience" and make it the foreground for these two shots. In the second one, the gull had been sitting on that big rock behind him, but had been startled by the autofocus beep and took off. I was lucky to capture him still in the frame - these guys can be fast!

It's not too often that I get to see Nubble Light covered in snow.
( The Nubble web cam doesn't show that much)
