Please everybody, don't get me wrong. I don't care at all whether you like it or not. It's an old photo I took a while back. What I DO care about, is that you vote YES or NO and be honest about it! Ok? Just wanted to be clear.

If you don't care ....why ask the question? I guess it's NOT clear. headscratch.gifeek7.gifthumb

The shot doesn't do anything for me. Nothing really to like. It's a common "snapshot". The typical view of a small bird in a large tree. There is nothing that grabs the viewer's attention. No strong elements of composition that draw you into the image. Colors and patterns do not hold my interest either.

Not that an environmental type image with a small birds as just a part of the wwhole picture doesn't work, but this really seems in need of some imapct value. Perhaps a much closer view of the subject or perhaps some sort of unusual angle of view. Maybe an aerial view ? Just a common ..regularly seen ..scene.

Since you don't really care if I like it or not I've probably already run long and winded. eek7.gifD

    That's a NO for me.

I have taken photos like this one too often. You just sit in the aviary at the zoo waiting for a bird to pose and you find a beautiful bird in the wrong position, too far away, in the dark shadows, laughing at your attempts to get a better angle. You take a photo anyway and get an image that just doesn't quite work and there is nothing you can do about it.
