Can anyone suggest or give me some guidance on a 35mm slide to digital converter? My father-in-law is wanting to convert all his slides of from years gone by into digital format for my wife, brother-in-law and the grand kids. I do not know what to tell him to look for and since someone on here has the knowledge I am hoping they will share.
Thanks in advance for all your suggestions.

I’ve had good results with Pacific Image Power Slide 3650:

It has been useful for me in converting approximately 4000 of my father-in-laws 35mm slides to digital images for him. You can see a sample on my webpage under "Services" then "Photo Enhancement/Restoration/Scanning" of a slide I had converted to digital image than made enhancements to restore the picture.

A time consuming, but lovely project your father-in-law is contemplating…
