Trouble Uploading

It seems I can never upload all my pictures without the upload simply stopping. It seems like it is trying but not making any progress.

I will have 500 plus pictures to upload and start the process before heading off to bed........in the morning it is partially complete, bogged down and it always seems the last dozen to 20 pictures are partially uploaded.

Is there a great uploader I should be using?
