Print Ordering Question

Is it possible to add a "white' (unprinted) border around prints that one would like to order? For example, if I want a 12"x12" print I would really like this printed on a piece of 14"x14" paper so that I have a 1'" unprinted border all around. This makes matting and framing the images so much easier. I've looked for this but don't find it as an option.

The easiest way to do this, for the user, would be to have a check box to include an unprinted border and then specify the width of that border.
