How to Download a Purchase?

A customer who purchased 3 commercial use downloads wants to know, "how do I get the file?" and I didn't have the answer.

What's the story on this? Someone purchases a download, and how does he/she get it?

We give them an order complete screen, where there are download buttons and we send them an email with the download links in it.
