Traveled with Aaron (anwmn1) on a weekend Escape to what seemed like a different Planet. Amazing formations and colors that seemed to be otherworldly. Please enjoy a few of my captures.

Love the Texture

Looking forward to the next trip, hopfully not so cold next time. One thing the sub-freezing temps did provide was a place all to ourselves. We did not see a single person in all three shooting spots.

Nice shots. I like the first and last ones especially.
Careful with Aaron - once he has you snagged into those places you won't be able to get it out of your blood. Trust me.lol3.gif

clap.gif Nice Shawn! Glad you were able to make it for this trip.

You need to number your shots for everyone. Makes it simpler to comment on them. deal.gif

The three night shots worked out great. Really like the soft effect on the color image. Gives it an entirely different feel.

Thx jd, I really liked all of the texture that was avail to shoot. I went with Aaron on a trip to Toroweep cpl yrs ago and we never made it. We did make something out of the misfotune by taking advantage of other shot locations avail where we were. I think it was in my blood all along.
