Gallery empty to visitors, but shows photos when logged-in

Hi,
As per the title, if I go to my Egypt gallery I see a message "This gallery has no photos to display yet", but when loggong in I see the pics, anyone know what's wrong? It's set as public in the settings.

Looking fine for me now as well. Just 3 minutes ago, there were no photos.

Very odd, seems to be working now. I haven't done any work on that gallery for over a year so not sure what happened.
