    That first one is an interesting image with warm tones. It's a sheme the egret wasn't more cooperative and flying towards you.

    nice shots - they certainly are all over the valley right now - there are hundreds of them hanging out at the Superstition Springs Golf course - they set up their nightly roost on one of the holes of the course - just right to get sundown shots

    Hi Marcy.....Thanks for the nice comment..... When I was a younger guy I did a lot of hiking in the Superstitions... I live in Buckeye now, but have been planning on making a trip there to shoot pictures.... Thanks for the tip.....:Dgary
