New watermarking options

Occassionally this topic comes up, that of custom watermarks. Some want diagonal. Some want multiple watermarks around the edges instead of one in the middle. Some want a site name. Anything to deter theft while not discouraging sales. This is simply not creative enough. How about...

"This image would look much better if you purchased it"

"This image stolen from blah.smugmug.com"

Thieves beware.
Merc that made me laugh and I even thought of some much more pointed ones. From the prospective buyer's viewpoint it's probably negative though - if I was being accused of contemplating theft it might stop me from "thefting" but it would also probably put a chip on my shoulder, "who do they think they are accusing me of downloading" and reduce the likelihood of buying anything.

But we are fairly sure of who is downloading the odd image from our galleries so share the temptation to do something like that. We don't watermark the doggies at all, as it wouldn't stop the people who are doing it just for their own photo-album.
