I love the scene, the streaks of the traffic.clap.gifclap The lone figure - and the ghosts to the right - are a bit too 'lost' in the scene for my taste. But that's my taste. And, you may well be able to do some work in photoshop to make the girl with the skates 'pop' more so that she's more prominent.

About the only thing you can do is make her darker and the skates lighter. You could dodge and burn, but it is a lot less work to use overlays with everything but the girl masked out. This took me about a minute:

I'll send you the gory details by PM, since they're more appropriate for the Finishing School forum. As for the ghosts, well, you'll have to call Ghostbusters, 'cause I don't have a clue how to change that part. :D

Oh, and welcome to Dgrin wave.gif.

Great shots. I would also try to get a little more contrast(darker green) in the Ave of Americas sign, just so it is tad easier, but not to eliminate all the glow.

BTW - Did you stop by the ICP and see the exhibitions? I sw the Mexican suitcase back in October but would like to see the Wang Qingsong show.

The shutter speed was 13 seconds.

    Aperture was f22
