Hi, I'm new here and I have an issue. I have set the prices for my photos, but when people add them to the cart and attempt to check out, their cart is empty. Can anyone help me? I'm sure I've already missed out on a few sales due to this, and hope to solve it quickly. Thanks for anyones help.

I also just tried on Internet Explorer and it said unable to add item. I have cookies disabled on Chrome and it worked fine. I don't understand.

I searched for email using the same address you registered on dgrin with - found nothing in our help desk. Did you email from a different address?

Sorry, guys, still having issues with this. Here is a screenshot of what I'm getting in IE. Chrome works fine and I haven't tested FF.

NM, I found it. I was able to add it to my cart in IE, FF, Chrome, and Safari.

    Here's IE

Please try a full clearing of cache in IE, close and reopen, and try again? Thanks!

found the problem. it'll take a bit to get the fix out but in the meantime if you clear your cookies in IE this should be resolved.
