I am experiencing repeated issues with uploads to my account, both from LR3, and from flat files dropped in the "default" upload window. I cannot upload 1 file right now, and already experienced SAME thing earlier this week, every time I want to upload, it's problems. If this does not get better, I will have to seek an alternate solution before my March renewal.

starting with simple uploader with one image, it starts to upload, pops open the in process window, then the main window goes to a not found error. I have worked for 45 minutes and got 1 images to upload.

Andy, I've heard that before, but nothing else on my connection is giving me real issues at this time. I do email, I browse, it's not lightning fast, but it gets so far and just HANGS. Then it dies. Earlier in the week, when I had issues, the forum was not even accessable, and I was not the only one. LR3 came back and said it could not upload at this time. It did that again tonight.

Uploading requires a very stable TWO WAY connection. We receive a chunk of data, shoot a note back to your OS, saying "got it" and wait for the next. Sometimes this process gets interrupted by various things (internet connection, firewall software, antivirus software, more). We can help, if you'll let us.

Well, I am at a loss, even if my connection was slow at times, the system shouldn't stop my uploads every time. Danged if I know what to do. I've had Comcast here, they've worked on lines in the past, everything I can do, and yet it always seems to come back to this for me, and I think for some others too, maybe you all need more redundancy to take care of bad routes.

it seems that maybe comcrap is putting the screws to me now, evicting my modem from the network because they are causing problems on the network supposedly. So they are going to kill all older modems it seems, according to them it should not even be working, but I can rent a new one! or pay 100 bucks for another new modem, welcome to technology 101.

I said what about letting customers know about this, oh lots of excuses but in the end, they don't give a comCRAP.
