We had our first very nice weather outside at 70degrees F yesterday. My little kid played outside the house and left the glove and ball on the ground. Thought it'd be nice to use as a subject.
Thank you very much for viewing.

Sitting quietly, doing nothing. Spring comes and the grass grows by itself.

You're making me jealous - more snow coming on Wednesday. How many days until pitchers & catchers??
Pentax K-x and assorted lenses
We got 2 more days of 68 - 70 deg F ahead, and then chilly 24's again.

Glad that you like it, Sir. The glove is still a bit stiff and I can't fully open it up to show more inside detail. I guess it's because of the cold weather. As for the shadows, this was shot outdoors and I wanted to show that nice 'orangey' cast of the sun on the subject. I'll try to work around on the shadow areas again later. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks, Richard. I also like the colored version better. Makes me want to put the glove in my hand.

Color version all the way, of course. The colors of that glove leather and stitching on the ball are iconic.

Ohhh I like the black and white...thinking Babe Ruth... But I know the color gives that warm feel to the glove.
