Change Theme for All Galleries in a Category and Subcats?

I'm wanting different themes for each section of my site...for example, in my weddings section (http://jnphoto.biz/Weddings) I have the theme "Hitched" and I want all my weddings to be that same theme.
It's easy to go through and change the theme for each gallery, but it takes time. I would simply choose to apply the theme to all my galleries, but I want different themes for my portraits, events, and sports sections as well.
Is there an option I'm not seeing to change all subcategories and galleries in a category?
