Pro to Power user?

Just wondered if someone could tell me how to downgrade from Pro to Power user?

I emailed, but it bounced back.

    what do you mean, bounced back? We get and answer about 2-3K emails a day http://smugmug.com/help/emailreal are you using the address there? Just emailus from your regular email system, try that.

    Heroes do downgrades from the help desk.

    Hi Andy, I've tried it both ways. Through the help desk and via normal email, the last one hasn't come back yet, but the first time I tried I got a 'undelivered email' type message after about 3 days.

    What is the usual length of time for a response?

    I have no emails from you at our helpdesk from the email address you have on file at SmugMug. Did you use a different email address? No matter. I will have a hero create a ticket and email you right away.
