Combine orders awaiting proof delay?

I have a customer that placed 2 separate orders within 24 hours - is it possible for either me or the customer to combine the orders? I'd like to save her shipping charges. I have a 5-day proof delay and the orders were just placed yesterday.

Can't be done by you. We'd have to cancel both orders, and replace the orders with one order. All done by heroes, please write our Support Heroes thank you.
