Help with a church Directory

I have been asked to bid on a church directory of about 150 families. What scares me is the importing pics and text into a page. I guess what I am asking is how do I automate pulling pictures from a folder and names and addresses from something like excel into one page because lord knows I don't want to do that by hand.

I am hoping someone out there has done a directory and can share the how to.

...this is assuming you will be using an Excel spreadsheet to construct your directory data.
