Some more of the "Backyard Bird" shots from the other day. After days of bird drought...THEY'RE BACK. I think perhaps the hurricane down South has scared some of the crew back up here. There were several snowy egrets and night herons playing on the roofs and in the sky. Still very poor lighting...but I'll take it. Blown highlights..surprisingly enough. I have to agree that the 1st one is really good Nice composition and catching 2 BIFs with their wings in the same position is rare
Good work I used to feel sorry for you trapped in your backyard. Now I'm just jealous...
