Can't link my site without WWW. - what to do?

Hi everybody
I just realized that links to my site don't work when Url is typed without www.
I also have been told that is a wise and useful thing to have such option activated.
How can I check my settings about this issue? And, in case changes are needed, who should I contact? SmugMug or the hosting firm?

but I just got a reply from my hosting service telling me they don't have such setting available at the moment but they forecast to make it very soon....
