I really like #2. The ice looks great.
#1 looks good, except that the building is tipping backwards. View cameras can overcome this, maybe even a tilt-shift lens on a dslr, although I've only seen special-effect pictures taken using a tilt-shift lens.

I have tried photographing lights under snow before, with mixed results. I think I prefer the b/w version but wonder what others think?
