Thanks, I saw this scene as I was driving by and I turned around and walked a good ways out into a field to get this shot.

I ran it through Topaz Adjust, then through Topaz De-noise. I opened it in photoshop and blended the original shot with the adjusted shot. I then adjusted the blacks and the contrast.
