This wedding was shot on Dec 18th, my last of 2010. The preliminary design is done, with a few highlights shown here. Any c & c would be appreciated. The couple picked the images, so the design is based on their favorites. Too cluttered?

7. The right side was a reflection in the glass ceiling (reception was in a greenhouse-like building), and it looks like that picture still needs some work to fix the lines that are detracting.

I know this has nothing to do with your original question about design but I LOVE the pose in #5. Natural, comfortable. Nice. :D

I am by no means a pro at album designs, but your design worked well for me until this spread. Work on the spacing of everything and getting stuff to line up. My latest album had a page that wound up being filled with a lot of photos and the key piece was to make sure the spacing, outlines, and alignment was spot on across the whole spread. It's also a little off from the rest of the album since the rest of the book is so straight forward and minimalistic and then this last spread has so much going on that it's overwhelming.

Nice design. I just switched my design to a different, much less busy look. I don't have more than 5 pages on any 2-page spread. My brides are thrilled with the new design.

I really like the layout spread 6; it's a simple and clean way to show a series. I personally am not a huge fan of using background images in my spreads, but I know that it is the standard operating procedure for albums these days... I know I'm weird :)

Thank you for commenting, everyone. I will take all of your feedback seriously, since I'm really trying to bring my albums up to a more artistically beautiful level. Suzanne, I see what you mean about the reception spread clutter and spacing. And Kristen, your thoughts on background images are appreciated as well.

Thank you, Wally, for the compliment on that pose, but I can't take credit. They kind of created it on their own at their e-session, so on the wedding day, with 20 degree temps and the bride freezing, but saying she definitely wanted outdoor shots, I told them to get comfy on the bench in the pose on the cover of their engagement guest book:
