That's not a logo, that's more like a patch for a jacket or something. There's cameras, there's a turtle, there's something on the turtle, there's circles. Too busy - too much going on.

This is a cool creative effort, but as a photography logo a turtle congers up an image of slow and lethargic. Some how I'm a guessing that isn't the image you are trying to convey.
