Canon 320EX and 270EX II - has anyone ordered yet? :)

Two new flashes at once :) : Canon Speedlite 320EX and Canon Speedlite 270ex II

I really want to try the video light. The shutter release is also attractive. I'd have to upgrade the camera though...

Any opinions?

    The 320 looks potentially interesting as a small fill flash. I wonder if it has a manual mode, or if it's ETTL only? The press release doesn't seem to say.

    It does have a manual mode:
    Manual / output settings: Yes - 1/1- 1/64
