Can't create new quick setting

I am unable to save a quick setting. Every time I enter a new quick setting name, I receive the following error:

You don't have access to delete that quick setting.

This is both on my personal account and a non-profit account that I am managing. I've been seeing this for a couple months now.

    Hi James, are you fully logged out of each account when you switch between them? Also, are you using an assistants password on the accounts? Give me an example quick setting name that you are trying to setup and I will be happy to take a look.

    Hi James,

    sorry to hear you're having problems with this. It seems you press Enter after you type in a new quick setting name? Instead try clicking on Save on top of the page. Hope this helps!

    That worked. I don't think I tried the save button, since I associate that with the settings for the page, not the quick setting.
